Description of Administrative Services
For
Expression of Interest

1. Reports and Records

  • Organize agendas, materials, teleconferences, venues for COPR/OCRP meetings (Executive, Council, Annual General Meeting, Transition, Communications, Policy and Finance), entailing approximately 50 meetings per year.
  • Prepare and disseminate Agendas/Minutes for COPR/OCRP meetings (Executive, Council, Annual General Meetings, Transition, Communications, Policy and Finance).
  • Ensure timely follow-up to action items identified in COPR/OCRP meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for COPR/OCRP projects (example: Incorporation and annual reports)
  • Maintain the COPR/OCPR website as directed by the Executive and Communications Committee

2.Planning

  • Provide administrative support to assist COPR to attain goals identified at the Annual General Meetings and within its strategic and operational plans.

3.Financial Organization

  • Assist the COPR/OCRP Treasurer in the development of draft annual budgets.
  • Prepare quarterly financial status reports.

4.Development and Maintenance of License Mobility Tools

  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance of jurisdictional data to keep all labour mobility tools current.
